Founded as a family business, our company reflects the values it was built on. The son of a pastor, Steve Noftle long dreamed of owning his own business—and in 2004, that dream became a reality. Through years of dedication and steady growth, Steve developed the company into what it is today before retiring in 2022. Leadership then passed to his oldest son, Joshua Noftle, who proudly continues his father’s vision and commitment to excellence.
Deeply rooted in the community, the Noftle family’s involvement with organizations such as the Open Door Mission and Pine Knolls Alliance Church has shaped the way the business operates—treating customers, employees, and partners like family.

Josh Noftle – Owner & President
Carrying on a family legacy, Josh Noftle is the owner and president at AllPro Restoration & Janitorial. Following his father’s retirement in 2022, Josh stepped up to lead the company, upholding the same commitment to integrity, reliability, and top-quality service that has defined AllPro from the beginning. With more than 20 years of experience in the restoration and cleaning industry, Josh is dedicated to helping local families and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, and storm damage quickly and professionally.
A lifelong resident of the area, Josh and his wife love raising their family here. Josh studied business, building a strong foundation that guides his hands-on leadership and commitment to quality service. Known for his integrity and clear communication, Josh ensures every project is handled with care, precision, and respect for the people he serves.
When he’s not at AllPro, you’ll often find him spending time with loved ones, hiking, travelling, or perfecting his BBQ skills.
David Doucette – Director of Operations
David Doucette serves as the Director of Operations at AllPro Restoration & Janitorial, where he oversees day-to-day field operations, team coordination, and project management. With over 30 years of hands-on experience in management, coaching and developing teams, David brings strong leadership and a sharp eye for detail to every project.
Known for his calm, solution-oriented approach, David ensures that each job runs smoothly from start to finish. He works closely with both clients and crews to deliver fast, high-quality service—especially during urgent restoration situations.
David is proud to be part of the AllPro team and deeply values the company’s commitment to integrity and community. When he’s not at work, he enjoys spending time with family and staying involved in local activities.
Nora Twyman – Office Manager
As Office Manager at AllPro Restoration & Janitorial, Nora Twyman is the friendly and organized heart of the company. She oversees scheduling, customer service, and daily office operations—making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
With years of experience in administrative support and client relations, Nora brings professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine care for people to her role. She’s often the first friendly voice clients hear when they call, guiding them through the process with patience and understanding during what can often be stressful times.
Outside of work, Nora enjoys spending time with her family, enjoying the lake, traveling to new places and experiencing different cultures. She takes pride in being part of a team that truly makes a difference for local families and businesses.
Michael Bushman – Janitorial Manager
As Janitorial Manager at AllPro Restoration & Janitorial, Michael Bushman brings nearly four years of dedicated service and leadership to the team. He leads the company’s janitorial operations with pride, professionalism, and a strong commitment to quality. Mike ensures every project meets AllPro’s high standards for cleanliness, safety, and reliability.
Michael is known for his strong leadership, hands-on approach, and dedication to his team and customers. He takes great satisfaction in helping clients maintain healthy, well-kept environments—whether it’s a small office, large commercial space, or public facility.
Beyond work, Mike is President of the Kiwanis Club of Glens Falls and serves on the Kiwanis Foundation board, where he contributes his time and energy to community service projects that support local youth and families. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, hiking, spinning, and giving back to the community he’s proud to serve.
Brittany Noftle – Vice President
As Vice President of AllPro Restoration & Janitorial, Brittany Noftle plays a key behind-the-scenes role in supporting company operations, strategy, and compliance. Working part-time alongside her husband, Josh, Brittany helps manage a variety of business functions—from administration and finance to community engagement.
Before joining AllPro, Brittany spent over 13 years in the banking industry, where she developed strong skills in customer service, organization, and communication. That experience now helps her bring structure and insight to the company’s day-to-day operations.
Outside of work, Brittany loves spending time with her family and children, baking, and traveling to new places. She’s passionate about helping others and enjoys being part of a family-owned business that truly cares about its community and clients. And if you happen to stop by the office on the right day, you just might be lucky enough to enjoy one of her homemade treats!
